1. Return Eligibility You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as final sale

3. Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not hold items for exchanges.
